First of all, the consultation was handled confidently and well. Someone I know had surgery here and it turned out so well that I came for a consultation, but that was a long time ago, so I don't really know what it's like now! The facilities are clean and the staff are kind overall. Still, from the reviews it seems you have to explain exactly what you want very well.
