I had revision rhinoplasty at Homme because I hated how obvious my nose looked from having been done at another hospital. It's been a little over a month since surgery, and I'm extremely satisfied. I'm happy that the nasal wing reduction made my nostrils thinner, but the nose shape itself is also very balanced and beautiful. (It used to be blunt, with a lot of scar tissue, a bulbous tip, and it looked obviously operated on.) They made my nose slender and sharp, but not excessively so, and it's very natural. The doctor's anatomical knowledge of the nose seems quite extensive. There's no way another hospital could do this to this extent, and this is my third nose surgery, but here it really feels less like cosmetic surgery and more like a transformation. I was worried because of some bad comments, but I really had nothing to worry about. The hospital facilities are a bit old, but I'd rather have a skilled doctor than flashy facilities.
