I had it done in the early days. The doctor is worthy of pride. He really understands what makes a pretty nose. However, there seemed to be a limit to shaping it by tying the bone. It stayed pretty for exactly one year, then drooped again. If you get it done here, definitely use implants. If Dr. Lee's skill is combined with implants, it would probably be perfect.
