Honestly, if I hadn't been worried about the scar, I would have done it. It seems they're famous for making the nose smaller. There are cases where someone started asymmetrical > and after surgery it still ends up asymmetrical, so correcting asymmetry is probably difficult, but if there wasn't any original asymmetry, I think there's less to worry about.
