I visited because they said they specialize only in noses. My nose tip and alar base are both bulbous, but opening the nose was scary, so even if it was only a change that I alone would know about, I made a consultation appointment intending to do a small alar reduction. But they strongly advised against doing only alar reduction and said they couldn't perform surgery that way. They explained the reason in detail, showed before-and-after photos of other patients, and kept persuading me, but because I was so afraid of opening the nose, I went home for now.
