My friend had it done, so I went to consult after seeing the result. The manager first recommended silicone? but I said I wanted to go without an implant, so I told them that. The director came in, looked at me, and recommended doing it with an implant and reducing the nostrils. But I was scared, so I said I wanted to go without an implant. And then I discussed the price with the manager.
