The hospital facilities are very large and clean, and the staff managers were kind, and above all the inside of the hospital was spacious and large, so even right before the consultation I felt reassured. Later, when I met the staff manager for the consultation, she talked to me kindly like an older sister next door, which was nice, and the director only said exactly what needed to be said and was a bit blunt, but even though he sometimes smiled during the conversation, I still felt a lot of trust from the confident way he carried himself.
