I had surgery to shave down my hump nose and only raise the tip. The tip turned out pretty, but the hump was shaved down strangely. For about two months after the surgery it was okay, but after that, as the swelling went down, the hump became completely lumpy and uneven, lol. Ugh, I was really miserable about it. In the end, I had revision surgery at another hospital with silicone inserted.
