I went for a consultation about eye and nose surgery. For the eyes, it was revision surgery, and for the nose, I was told they couldn't use the septum because I had already had double-jaw surgery. No other hospital had told me they couldn't use the septum, but I heard it for the first time here, and after looking into it more at other places, I found out it was true that the septum couldn't be used. In that sense, they seem knowledgeable, but when they said we should use donated rib cartilage, I got a little uneasy and canceled the deposit I had made. The price was also 2 to 3 times higher than other hospitals. The doctors were fine, but the staff there and the consultation manager didn't handle things well. They processed my deposit refund incorrectly, and when I asked for 3 months of no-interest installment payments, I later found out they had charged it as a lump sum; seeing that the staff couldn't handle even basic payment procedures properly made me wonder whether they'd really manage complications or post-op care properly, and it also lowered my trust in the hospital.
