If you go when they’re busy, the consultation feels like, ‘If you don’t like it, then don’t do it,’ and they try to get rid of you quickly. When they’re not busy, they’re a bit gentler. Still, it doesn’t feel like an atmosphere where you can ask questions, bring things up, or state your requests, because if you do, they just say, ‘Then don’t do it,’ so you end up just nodding yes, yes, yes and leaving. The counter staff too: one of them is fairly nice, but the other one feels like, ‘If you don’t like it, then don’t do it.’ I don’t even want to ask that person anything.
