The director himself wasn’t friendly in the consultation, and the consultation felt rushed, so I felt rushed too; for a revision surgery, they said only one side needed to be done, but they didn’t mention any aesthetic considerations that would come with that. After the director’s consultation, the manager consultation was just like, “Do you have any questions?” and when I said no, they told me to go.
