They don't take separate consultation appointments, and told me to come around 3 to 5 pm if I wanted a consultation, so I went around 4 pm. But I was told that because surgery had suddenly come up, the director was in surgery and I would have to wait an hour. If you're going for a consultation, call on the day before you go. I went because the director said that if my eyes didn't suit double eyelids, he would firmly refuse to do the surgery. He drew double eyelids on my eyes and then said surgery would be better. (If I said I wanted double eyelids, about 80 percent of the people around me would try to stop me.) The director seemed to have his own philosophy, and he said that for a pretty eye, the upper eyelid should not cover the iris and the lash roots should face forward. Like in other hospitals, he said an epicanthoplasty wasn't necessary and that we should do ptosis correction and double eyelids. I said I didn't want ptosis correction and asked if I could skip it, but he firmly said no, and since this isn't a place that does an out-line, he also firmly said no to that. I guess you just have to do whatever the director says..? After consulting with the director, I met with the consultation director, who was kind and explained things based on what the director had said. However, since the consultation with the director was short, I got confused about whether the surgical direction the consultation director added was what they personally thought or what the director thought, so I felt I would need another consultation.
