As soon as I walked in, there were staff members at the counter, and the atmosphere felt a bit intimidating. That doesn’t mean they were unfriendly at all. I went in almost immediately, and the director showed me similar cases and suggested methods. I think he recommended the option he could do best himself if I was going to do it anyway (that’s just my subjective impression). Still, he told me to consult widely with different places, so I felt this was a place I could trust.
