My facial contour is pretty uneven, so I went for a consultation. At the first consultation, the director puts the patient’s photo up on a screen and asks you to draw with a pen how you want it reduced. Even if I’m bad at drawing, the director catches my intention exactly and redraws it, so there’s nothing to worry about. The director planned the surgery quite conservatively. It definitely seemed like they prioritize a natural result and maximum safety, but people who want a more glamorous or dramatic result probably wouldn’t be very satisfied.
