I went in for a consultation for cheekbone surgery, but unexpectedly I was also recommended chin tip surgery. No other clinic had ever suggested that before, so at first I was a little surprised, but the director explained in an easy-to-understand way why it would be good to consider the chin tip together based on the overall proportions and balance of the face, so I was able to fully accept it while listening to the consultation. Rather than feeling like they were simply pushing surgery, it felt like they were looking at the overall facial line
