I had an 8 mm chin advancement four months ago. The change in impression was dramatic, and I look more masculine. Aftercare is fine, and there is a very slight hollowing in the body volume, but it is not something that bothers me much. I think the doctor's preferred direction is a somewhat projected chin, and personally I also feel that looks more masculine, so I had it done here. The director has also had advancement surgery himself, and overall this seems like a highly trustworthy clinic.
