Maybe because my consultation was almost the first slot in the morning, the doctor looked tired, and I had a lot of questions I wanted to ask. He showed me some cases he had operated on, then said we could look again if I still had questions.. I was like, when exactly? And then the manager came in, asked questions, and explained the price, and I could hear the sound of another consultation from the next room.
