I went to a few places while looking into breast surgery, but the consultation with the head director was a little different from the start. Rather than just asking about the things I was curious about, he asked about the discomfort I usually feel when wearing a bra and the parts that bother me when I wear clothes. So at first I went without thinking much about it, but it made me think again about what I really wanted. I thought just making my breasts bigger would be enough, but the upper breast is to some extent
