I had surgery with Mentor Boost and it hasn't fully settled yet, but I like the shape. At first the upper part was too full and it felt awkward because of the swelling, but as time passed the swelling in the upper area went down and the volume naturally settled lower. Especially from the front, instead of looking too round and raised, the volume continues down to the lower part of the chest, so the line from the side looks good. The feel is also not as hard as I worried it would be.
