When I was looking into breast surgery, the thing I paid the most attention to was the doctor. Implant type and price were important too, of course, but in the end I thought it mattered more what kind of style the person directly looking at my breasts had. So during the consultation, I showed photos of what I wanted and asked about all kinds of things, and the doctor clearly separated what I was imagining from what was actually possible to do! Especially, I thought the cleavage looked too close together...
