I asked whether implant removal and chin advancement surgery could be done at the same time, and the doctor said that in ordinary cases it is possible, but because I currently have a chronic inflammatory reaction and bone erosion, I absolutely have to wait 6 months before doing it. That felt honest and conservative, so I trusted it. The doctor was kind, but spoke very directly like T, and also recommended fat grafting. He showed me a lot of CT images before and after surgery, and the CT looked extremely clean.. It felt like a trustworthy hospital, so I did want to have the surgery there....
