The director seems extremely kind, gentle, and like a good person. He drew on a tablet and explained step by step the parts that could be improved. He also said many nice things But he said my nose had a slight hump... The consultation manager said that because I had a hump, the cost of shaving it down would be included... I didn't want to shave the hump off, and hearing that I had one made me go huh. My trust in that part dropped a little. Overall, the hospital facilities and atmosphere were pretty good.
