I had a hump nose and a drooping columella, so after a lot of online and in-person research, I chose this place because the price was decent, the surgeon seemed trustworthy, and above all, they were conservative and didn’t put in unnecessary materials. The surgery used cartilage repositioning to support the columella without using septal cartilage or costal cartilage, and they also shaved down the hump. They didn’t use a splint, there was no bleeding, and honestly the surgery didn’t hurt at all. I just had tape on. Now, about two months later, it just looks so natural. It looks different from the pre-op simulation, which felt a bit odd, and I’m disappointed that the hump wasn’t shaved down as much, but they said they shaved it as much as possible, so I’m just living with it. If I don’t say anything, no one would know—it’s that natural.
