The consultation about removal was good This was the first time I learned that my silicone was floating, and because of that they said my midface looked longer and was ruining my face. The doctor seems to have good aesthetics and is quite smart. It’s a nose with septal extension, and here they recommended silicone removal only rather than full removal, saying that MegaDerm should be placed in that area to make it smooth. MegaDerm was optional, so they ran a simulation with just silicone and capsule removal, and I liked that. But because they could not do surgery right away, and because it was not full removal, I ended up getting full removal somewhere else. In the end, I would have regretted it a lot if I had not done full removal.
