I made the reservation because I was drawn to the director’s experience, but unlike other places, they said they could raise the bridge of my nose without an implant. They do take CT and consult, but they don’t really make active use of the CT. I was recommended nostril reduction, correction for a bulbous nose, and tip work. They said I didn’t need autologous costal cartilage for my first surgery, but my nasal skin is on the thick side, so I’m worried about front-view improvement. They do answer if you ask, but the vibe is very much like, "Why are you asking something so obvious?" so the consultation ended quickly. If using no implant, it was 1 million won more than silicone.
