The doctor was the kindest one yet, and actively asked questions to understand my needs and explained everything sincerely. That place, which was the only one that was outrageously rude and the ultimate in unpleasantness, why do the reviews and ratings there come out so good? Was it just my unlucky day because I got matched with the wrong manager...? I didn't expect much from the response here because I was scared after reading the reviews, to the point that I even prepared a questionnaire, but among 9 places, this was honestly the most professional and sincere consultation by far. I'm a mom who came from Japan to get nose surgery for my three daughters. Not a broker. If even the reviews on this community are this contradictory, how can you get accurate information from them? In the end, is it only after you go ahead with surgery that you regret choosing the hospital, or recommend it? Of course, the internet is only a reference, but ordinary people who aren't medical experts have no choice but to rely on it. Anyway, the doctor here is more than satisfactory in both education and kindness, but the costal cartilage from myself is just too expensive, so I guess I'll have to give up..ㅠㅠ
