Maybe because the director has a lot of experience, I could feel confidence and a firm point of view about surgery. That same level of professionalism came through in the detailed explanation of the patient's condition and the surgical method. However, because of that, I felt there was something lacking in terms of aligning with what the patient wanted and communicating with the patient. The price range was also quite high, which was a bit surprising. Still, the director's experience and expertise were trustworthy.
