I went for a consultation about revision nose surgery. I already had alar reduction done twice, so I didn't want further alar reduction, but they kept recommending it, so I don't think I'll have surgery there. Still, there was no swelling and the experience looked impressive. If they had left out the alar reduction, I would have considered doing it there..
