The autologous costal cartilage only made the scar bigger, and neither my trouble breathing through my nose nor the cosmetic issues were improved. They clearly said that I needed autologous costal cartilage for the functional surgery, so that's why I did it, but not a single part got better. The cosmetic side was just turned into a "plastic-surgery nose".. I really want them to spit back the surgery fee.
