This was my second consultation, and first of all the manager was really terrible. They just kept talking about themselves, and basically the intonation and tone of their voice felt unpleasant. Surgery starts from the consultation, and since it started like that, it wasn't a very good feeling from the beginning. I was thinking maybe I'd feel better after seeing the doctor, and then a few dozen minutes later I met them, but they were even more cold than during the first consultation and kind of brushed me off?
