The director has a rather decisive style. He clearly said what could and could not be done, which actually made me trust him more. He didn't give me vague false hope, and he accurately pointed out the structure of my nose and the current problems. He explained realistically why it looks the way it does and what limitations there are, in a way that made it easy to understand, so I felt the professionalism. That said, I felt a bit burdened by the use of costal cartilage. The direction of the surgery was
