Redo surgery + a fairly large perforation. First of all, my consultation with the coordinator was so reassuring. She understood the pain of living outside the capital region and shared her own information generously, so it was pretty good, but as expected, because of the perforation, she said we should preserve the costal cartilage and only operate on the other problem areas. But I hate the fact that my nostrils are crooked because of whatever is wrong with the rib cartilage, so even if I fix the other parts and leave this one alone, I feel like I still won't be satisfied, so I just consulted
