Our doctor at Voldemort made me a glamorous banana nose.. Two of my relatives had it done here too, and they still have no side effects even now (year 4) On the first day after surgery, they put cotton in my nose, and that whole day it did not hurt at all, and it did not hurt when they took it out the next day either. At first I thought it was too high, but after about 6 months it becomes fine. The septum part (the surgical scar) did not stretch well when I clamped my mouth shut, so I kept wondering if it would stay like that, but now, after a year, it is to the point where I do not worry about it at all
