The doctor and the consultation manager explained everything well according to the proportions of my face and my needs. They clearly said that my nasal bridge is not that low and my side profile is fine, so we should focus on improving the front view, and I felt that our goals matched each other. And I wanted something that looked natural but had a clear effect, and the before-and-after photos for the surgery without implants were satisfying. They also said I have a slight hump on the bridge, but they did not mention shaving it down. As for the material, ear cartilage
