I just finished the consultation.. It was with Director B. He said he doesn't like the noses shown on Instagram, wouldn't push for making it higher, and would also leave out the septal extension he had done. He said my image wouldn't change. He said he'd only straighten the crooked part of the nose. This is the first time I've gotten such a conservative consultation at a plastic surgery clinic.. I don't want any more surgery, so if they're not blacklisted, well... I want to decide, but the price is also cheap since it's only ear cartilage
