I had the hump removed and autologous cartilage grafted to the tip of my nose. Since this clinic pursues a natural look, it turned out so natural that it feels like my nose has always looked this way. That is a bit disappointing, but also a good point, I think. During the consultation, they didn’t shave down the hump too aggressively, and they placed just enough cartilage so the line from the bridge to the tip could connect naturally while preserving the bridge I already had.
