It was my first consultation. The manager was very kind and explained things professionally, and I talked with the director for quite a long time as well. It was professional, conservative, and natural, so I think I kept wavering until the very end. However, I asked whether doing the tip of the nose with only ear cartilage would cause it to droop, and he said it wouldn't droop that easily, and that whether you use ear cartilage or septal cartilage, people who are going to droop will end up drooping anyway. He said that using septal cartilage makes the nose weaker, so they use ear cartilage. In the end I had surgery at another place that used septal cartilage. I kept agonizing over it until the very end. It felt like a trustworthy place.
