The manager was extremely kind, and the director calmly explained the surgical method and how far it could be turned, in a very clean and clear way Especially during the consultation, the manager seemed to have a huge amount of pride in the director, which made me trust them even more. I had been worrying about a back-corner procedure for almost a year, but every time I consulted at other hospitals, the way they handled it felt off, so I had not done it; when the director fixed the angle exactly the way I wanted, it felt like, this is it.. so fascinating... The building is almost entirely a hospital.
