I should have expected it when I got to the reservation stage and they didn't even ask whether I wanted a specific doctor at this hospital that has several doctors. Sure enough, when I went, the director wasn't there, and they said I could consult with the director after waiting 4 hours. I could tolerate that, but the counselor pressed down too hard on my eyes with a toothpick while explaining things, so it hurt a lot, and even after I left, my eyes still hurt.. I thought the counselor was a bit inexperienced, and there was no surgery pressure or any bundling in of other procedures. If I wanted surgery, I had to leave a 10% reservation deposit. There was originally a consultation fee, but they said they would waive it if I added them on KakaoTalk and followed them on Instagram, so I added and followed before leaving.
