When I made the reservation, I was told it could be difficult to consult directly with the doctor because of surgery, so I said I would not go if that was not possible, but they said they would do their best. So I went, consulted with the coordinator, and while I was talking, they said the doctor would come, so I waited a bit and then the doctor came. The coordinator listened well, but it seemed like she could not really handle consultations. The doctor drew the line a little higher, and said that if it is done this way, it will settle naturally over time. It somehow felt trustworthy and good. But after looking at reviews on other apps, I am still hesitating.
