A acquaintance had surgery here, so I visited. It was my second round of shopping around, and I came when I did not have much information, but they explained things well, so it was easy to understand. They were a little blunt, but they answered all my questions and spent more time than I expected on the consultation, which was nice. Honestly, I thought they would just give a cursory look, but they explained things in a customized way and even did a CT scan to check my septum. The manager who handled the consultation was kind too. Unfortunately, my own nose would not show much difference before and after, so I did not book surgery, but as a consultation itself, they explained things the best in a customized way.
