I waited on the 9th floor, then went down to the 8th floor for my consultation. First I talked with the manager, and I was surprised because she explained things better than I expected. Just by looking at my face, she explained things like the facial features, the eye features, what shape my nose has, and so on, which made all the vague things I had been thinking about suddenly feel clear.!!. Then the doctor came in and I had my consultation. It was also the first hospital I had gone to for a consultation...! lol I need to visit more places
