I went in for a consultation because I needed revision nose surgery, and they really did give a very detailed consultation, just like the reviews said. They explain the surgical method in detail with a PowerPoint, and they focus more on the internal structure and building a solid foundation of the nose from the basics than on just the shape. The cost is definitely high, but it made me think it could be a worthwhile investment if you consider it the last surgery. They also said post-op care would be free for life if I had the surgery, so at least in terms of aftercare, it seems reliable.
