Both the manager and the director were kind, and the atmosphere made it comfortable to ask questions. I was quoted 5 million won for full disclosure and 6.5 million won for partial disclosure on the first surgery (regular price 8.8 million). (Septoplasty + osteotomy + autologous costal cartilage + bulbous nose correction) Cost isn't something I think about much, but it felt too expensive since it was 2 to 3 million more than other hospitals. I want a very, very natural nose, so they said they'd use autologous costal cartilage without an implant and raise the tip, bridge, and hump area by about 1 mm to match. The fact that they could recommend 1 mm made me trust that they understood how natural I want it to be.. (My nose bridge is fairly high.) I think I'll probably have surgery here this month, but I'm still torn because of the cost ㅜㅜ I had been thinking of a maximum of 6 million, and having my whole face shown publicly is 부담스러워..
