First of all, this is my first nose surgery, but even though it is a revision-specialist clinic and they said they use autologous costal cartilage, it was still way too expensive... Unlike other places, they did a CT scan here and discovered nasal septal deviation and inferior turbinate hypertrophy that I did not even know I had. I was told I needed functional surgery as well, so with an additional 850,000 won the quote came to 9.35 million. With partial disclosure it was 8.35 million, and with full disclosure 7.35 million... Still, for a first nose surgery, almost 10 million won... It is disappointing, but I do not think I can do my first rhinoplasty here. They were still very kind and explained everything in detail. The doctor is extremely kind. The consultation fee was 30,000 won.
