I took photos and then went into the consultation, and as soon as I walked in, they immediately started talking all at once about my nose, which caught me off guard. It seems like they instantly picked up on what needed improvement. They brought up things I didn’t even know about right away, which was good. Because I have a hump nose with a bridge, they said it would be fine to put down 1 mm of silicone, correct the tip, and do osteotomy plus use dermis because my skin is thin. But they also recommended paranasal augmentation and alar reduction together, which felt unnecessary... Still, the manager separately told me I didn’t have to do that, so I was able to have an extra consultation with the manager comfortably.
