The director seems to understand the patient's face objectively really well. I was able to tell what my nose is like and where it is asymmetric. But it feels like they would throw every possible surgery at the nose. I went because they said they were really good at making things obvious, and the effect will probably be good, but I’m the type who prioritizes safety, so I’m worried.. If there isn’t enough autologous cartilage, they said they could also use autologous or donor rib cartilage. If you want a big change all at once, I think it might be worth going for a consultation. This is a different story, but I went for a nose surgery consultation and ended up hearing about paranasal augmentation for 15 minutes.
