Among the hospitals I've been to, the consultation director was the warmest and most comfortable, with a friendly atmosphere like a neighborhood ENT clinic. The consultation director doesn't do a separate consultation, but before the doctor consultation they just note down the nose history and issues, and after the doctor consultation they seem to just handle the quote and scheduling, so that was comfortable. The doctor was the type who, as soon as he sat down, gave a full briefing on the problems he thought I had and the solutions, and since I don't especially have a nose shape I want and just want it to turn out well according to the doctor's skill, I liked not having to talk for long. People who already have a specific nose shape in mind might find this consultation style a little off. It was a refreshing consultation, but I was disappointed that they didn't show before/after photos of other patients, and compared with other hospitals they recommended quite a lot of procedures, so I decided not to do it here.
