The director was very firm and clearly stated what could and could not be done. However, since it was my first surgery, I was a bit surprised that he said I needed costal cartilage. No other clinic had mentioned costal cartilage before. He also talked about nasolabial angle surgery and paranasal augmentation along with the nose surgery. He wasn't pushing them hard, more like saying they would be good to do together with the nose. The manager was extremely kind. The consultation was long, and whenever I asked something, she answered very carefully.
