My nose this time is a hump nose for the first surgery. They said my glabella is low so silicone is essential, and that the nasal tip should be done with septal cartilage or ear cartilage. They also said my skin is thin so the cartilage would show through, so I should use autologous dermis. It wasn't bad, but when I looked at the before-and-after photos in the reviews, it felt a bit too glamorous, so I didn't choose it.
